I brought my car here for an inspection sticker. They chose (yes it was an option) to reject it for what I learned was nothing more than one license plate bulb that needed to be replaced yet told me that the repairs would cost $600-$700 pending further examination. I didn’t have the money to fix it. With at least two essential doctor’s appointments weekly that I had to attend I had no choice but to drive it. Horrible neighbors angry that I busted up their drug activity threatened to follow me for driving with a rejection sticker… call the police with my location and have me ticketed and towed! Great neighbors, right? And I live in what ‘should’ be considered a very nice part of the city. Drugs are everywhere folks! This threat in place I called.. was told to bring my car in between 9:30/10am Saturday morning 05/30 to be looked at again. Instead I took my car to the service station where I typically get gas. Passed inspection with no problem at all and in less than ten minutes left with a valid sticker! When I called with this information they hung up on me! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

My mom recommended this place to me and all the bad reviews honestly had me so worried. But they fixed not only the problems I came in with (broken water pump and radiator fan) but they also replaced my taillights that were out so I could pass inspection. Fast service and my car is driving like new! Very friendly staff that were willing to help out anyway they could! Thank you so much, I will definetly be coming back here!

PLEASE READ!!! BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!! I know it's long but trust me do not go there. I wish I could give 0 stars, let's start with the fact that New Bedford PD confirmed that this is a chop shop, THEY STEAL parts off of your car .Im a college student at UMD from Connecticut and needed some work done, so I found that out after the fact. Anyways back in December I had my car towed over there because of a misfire in cylinder five. I was supposed to be leaving the next day to go back home for break but they said they could fix it in that time. Next day comes its not done at the time they said and I had to call multiple times to even get in contact. I finally get in contact and they say they're gonna do all this work and it will be fixed the next day ok fine is what it is. I call the next day at the time, they say call back later , I call back later they say come pick it up ok . CHARGED ME $700 I go and pick it up, drive it and within 2 minutes I can feel, it's still messed up sputtering and still smoking ect. Everything it was doing before just with no check engine light on. I take it back that night they say the mechanic not here he'll look at it in the morning. So morning come I go ba

I wish I could rate lower. Nothing is ever right with this shop and it hurts and I feel like I can’t trust other people to do good work or to care about my car. I think maybe do not bring ANY car that you care about to this shop, this is me warning you! I feel really bad that I have to write this and have been stewing on it but I think other people should be warned. The first time we had an incident I figured it was just because we brought them an oddball car that was presenting a difficult problem! They had that car for 4 months with little communication before they admitted defeat and we took it elsewhere (not ideal, but I forgive poor communication because we r human and things happen! It was a troublesome job) But recently we brought our perfectly serviceable well maintained (BELOVED) no lights on the dash subaru to them for ball joint replacement and they did us so wrong. It came back to us with new creaks that weren’t there before, ABS light and an error code on the dash, and very very scary crunchy brakes. Took it back and they said it just needed an alignment, which they did for free. Unfortunately problems still persist and I think I refuse to go back for any proble

Great experience! Came in for an oil change and inspection. The staff was friendly and professional, and they even tried to make up for the wait time, which I really appreciated. Will definitely come back again. Thank you
